Self-actualization is a term that has been used in various psychology theories, often in slightly different ways.  The term was originally introduced by the organismic theorist Kurt Goldstein for the motive to realize all of one's potentialities.

As they say, sometimes we have to be at our worst to know who we really are..we are not actually like that. Time will come when the person you least expect will hurt you. Things may not work out as it used to be. You may feel aloof and abandoned yet don't forget who you are, who you want to be and what you believe in.

For in this times you are given the chance to take a look on the road you've been through, to appreciate what life has given you and what life has taught you and finally to thank God for making who you become.

Give yourself a break.. Take time to look at little things that brightens your day, enjoy every drop of the rain, appreciate how you cope up in this changing life.

Don't deny yourself for enjoying what life has to offer!
